VDH LTD is the new name of Vodastroy 98 LTD. The Company has a history of over 55 years and is a national leader in construction projects of public service, energy, transport and Water and Sewerage infrastructure, residential and public buildings, sport and entertainment centers, large-scale hydro-engineering construction, and reconstruction, repair and maintenance of monuments of culture.
Simultaneously, VDH LTD is engaged also in production activities. The Company produces high-quality building materials, inert materials, and concrete mixtures and articles.
The Company observes the Quality Directives that have been implemented in its integrated and certified Quality Management System under the international standards of BDS EN ISO 9001:2015, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 and EN ISO 14001:2015, and gradually extends its focus to projects oriented to the field of environmental protection, water treatment, waste management and soil protection.
VDH LTD has years of experience in the performance of important national projects, continuously modernizes its technical capacities and extends its portfolio of activities in parallel to investments made in maintaining the qualification of its employees. It is a regular member of the Construction Chamber of Bulgaria and has been entered in the Central Register of Professional Builders for First, Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth groups of construction.
Hydrostroy LTD acquired VDH LTD in the year 2016.

Highlights

During the past years, the Company affirmed its positions of a national leader in the construction branch through the realization of specific infrastructural projects of public importance in the field of water-facilities construction and urbanization of territories. Significant projects successfully completed by the Company have been located on the territories of the cities of Sofia, Burgas, Sliven, Stara Zagora, VelikoTirnovo, Pazardzhik, Pavlikeni, Gorna Malina, Nikopol, Cherven Bryag, etc.
Realization of specific activities relating to restoration of monuments of culture is yet another narrow specialization within the competences of the Company.
Notable is the market share of the Company for projects in the sector of railways construction works in the country (over 35%), and in construction of sites of the national gas-transmission and gas-allocation networks (over 50%).
